You Can't Define Beauty!

Well the cat is out the bag . . . Perhaps that’s what some would say, about Transsexual Model Lea T.

Givenchy’s Transgender Brazilian Supermodel sat down with Oprah yesterday, and I must say that before yesterday I had no idea who he/she was.

However, the minute the camera zoomed in on this Brazilian Beauty, I truly was in awe of her beauty.

Yet, what was quite fascinating was watching the women in the audience as their jaws dropped in disbelief.

So yes, the rumors are true Leandro Cerezo aka Ms. Lea T was born a male.

Now some would say she is the first Transgender Supermodel, and if so at 28-years young, I applaud Lea T and Givenchy’s creative director Riccardo Tisci for transforming the world’s idea of what beauty truly is.

Not only is she strutting down the catwalk flawless, she gives you the illusion that it’s OOOH SO EASY!
When in actuality we perhaps cannot even imagine how much work, energy and pain they have to endure with tucking and hormone replacement therapy their undergoing in preparation for a full sex change from male to female.

Lea T’s petite, ultra feminine, femme fatale, womanly figure is a ray of sunshine to the high fashion world of modeling and perhaps she may be the latest "IT GIRL"!

I dare to say she’s truly paving the way for Transgender individuals around the world!

So Lea T . . . celebrate and embrace your moment, because your new found confidence is tearing down the wall of tolerance and redefining what beauty is all about!

Side Bar ~ I think yesterday’s Oprah Show wasn’t about the shock value, or about fashion’s rising star but about the quest to feel complete with knowing one’s identity!


I think we all at one point have searched for our true identity and love for oneself. Some perhaps arrive at that destination sooner than others, while others are still on that journey. Yet, wherever life leads you, I hope the result is a cup runneth over joy that is all your own!

I hope the full transformation from male to female makes Lea T feel whole, because as we all know self love and full completeness with oneself is hard to come by!
