As we all know Kelly Rowland's song Motivation is #1 on the billboard R&B music charts and Beyonce is #32 and declining.
Her camp already decided to leak her new album as they noticed fans were disappointed with the music.
That way her camp can say to the press that they had to redo the album because the songs were leaked by someone on the internet. They have an excuse.
Much like Usher did when the terrible song "Pop Ya Collar" came out, fans were not feeling it, his camp leaked the album, and pretend that it was leaked unintentionally and re-did the whole album and noticed that Usher had an album coming out called "All About You".
This is what Beyonce hopes to happen with her less than impressive single.
