Side Bar ~ Now Ms. Rowland has always been hit or miss for me.
She always has a awesome or perhaps decent single but entire CD never quite wins me over.
So once again, I found another single that I like but entire CD not so much.
On the single "You Changed" I must say Kelly you stepped up your vocals on this one!
