Personal Chef/Event Caterer Norman Boissiere-Baptiste by way of New Orleans, Louisiana is creating quite a BUZZ in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Former Accountant turned Chef studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, Georgia. This aspiring Chef has his own unique twist to traditional American dishes while specializing in Italian, Creole, Cajun, and Southern cuisine.
“I HEARD THE VOICE”
In speaking with Norman, he became emotional as he explained how he had attended the 2011 Kappa Alpha Psi Conclave ~ 100th Anniversary. Upon leaving the event he had a revelation.
“I was in the Airport leaving and while sitting there God said go to ATL and talk to a few people on how to get started… And that’s what I did”. Norman reached out to a few of his contacts that told him about business techniques and how to move forward with becoming an entrepreneur.
Low and behold Aiden’s Cuisine was established.

I had the pleasure of attending the Launch Party of Aiden’s Cuisine at Lace Boutique Lounge & Bar in Washington, DC to try some of his tasty bites that he was showcasing.
Pulling up to the Red Carpet event entering into Lace Lounge was the ambiance of warmth, charm and elegance.
Truly, a “Diamond in the Rough” and perfect place for the showcase of some of his tasty bites of dessert shooters, fruit displays, Breast of Chicken bites w/ Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, Dill Salmon bites and my favorite, Sausage Stuffed Mushroom Caps.
Downstairs the music was flowing and people were breakin' it on down. Mr. Boissiere-Baptiste received much support and you couldn't help but allow the love to draw you in.
The Launch of Aiden’s Cuisine is happening now! Pictures flickering, Hugs, Kisses and Congratulations filled the party atmosphere. His biggest fan was his mother that later told me that night how proud she was of her son.
This was “HIS NIGHT” as she danced the night away to the sounds of the band that was jamming on stage.

Mr. Norman Boissiere-Baptiste is taking it to the next level as the business continues to flourish. Thru, word of mouth and continued support Aiden's Cuisine has allowed Norman to begin a new endeavor.
