Ms. Fantasia Monique Barrino, first and foremost I must say you look elegant, stylish and strikingly beautiful on the Oprah Winfrey Show.

However, after watching your interview, for some reason, I’m still not convinced you’ve learned the hard lesson and the power of what it means to say NO!

You say yeah, you got it, and it sounds good! But, I just don’t think it comes that easy, especially when it comes to loves ones.

I personally suffer from the “Disease to Please.” I am the child that wants everyone to happy. I want my Mom, Dad & Pops to want for nothing. I want my sisters to beam with joy, when they receive a surprise in the mail. I want my nieces and nephews to enjoy their childhood, and receive ever toy imaginable that appears on the television screen. And last but not least I feel empowered as if I’ve tapped into my purpose when I am able to splurge on my BF.

Just to see a glimpse of their pearly whites beaming from ear to ear creates this euphoric since of accomplishment as if I’m the greatest Man alive.

However, is that reality?

I’m blessed, yet, financially am I truly wealthy?

And, more importantly when is enough . . . ENOUGH?

I have exhausted myself by making purchases with my infamous Platinum cards, only to become depressed when the bill arrives just as punctual as nobody’s business.

Sometimes I think the bill is talking to me sayin’ . . . Look’ah here B’wood, “I’s better get my money and be paid in full. Don’t be sending me some damn chump change to hold me over, NEGRO!”

I’m bourgeois I must admit, and I guess I want it all.

The “Jefferson’s” weren’t my idols for nothing; and giving brings great joy to my life.

Yet, when the high has diminished, why do I feel like I’ve fallen into the abyss of unhappiness?

And more importantly why don’t my family, and even my lover realize, I can’t financially be there everything?

Last time I checked my name is B’wood not B of A aka Bank of America.

However, I’ve created this monster, and hopefully I will be cured in 2010.

SideBar ~ Ms. Barrino I hope your road to Financial Freedom, will empower you and instill wisdom beyond your younger days. Finding sincere, genuine people are hard to come by, but, hopefully you will obtain financial advisors that truly have your best interest at heart.

I hope you adhere to Ms. Winfrey warnings this time around and perhaps she can guide you and put you in touch with a team of people that will put you in a financial position beyond your wildest dreams.

This disease we suffer from is a burden, yet, I believe we have the power to make the first step towards a speedy recovery!

Lastly, according to Wendy Williams you have another lawsuit brewing over this new man your dating and his wife. G'rl let's pray Angels keep surrounding you and keep you out of harm's way!
